Richard is a freelance copywriter & creative director. His Honda Grrr commercial is the most awarded commercial in advertising history. He also has a beautiful golf swing.
Mike is a rare talent and I’m delighted to have the opportunity to be working with him again.
Mike studied at the Royal College of Art. He then founded Bump, his own design company which he led for 15 years.
After that Mike moved into the advertising world. The following 15 years were even more successful than his first. He headed up numerous accounts and producing award winning work for clients such as MTV and Fanta. Most notably was the Expedia campaign of 2013 as it was to become the most awarded campaign in the world.
Mike has exhibited work at the ICA, the Barbican and been included in touring exhibitions organised by the British Council.
Gal.la is an up and coming star in the industry. She is a freelance copywriter from Barcelona and works with Marc Morales. She is a D&AD New Blood Pencil winner 2019. We have recently collaborated on an alcoholic brand launch. Annoyingly, her english grammar is better than mine.
Grant is my old pal and one of our network of freelancers. We first worked together in Cape Town at Hunt Lascaris. Then later on at BMPDDB and now reunited here at Neil A Dawson & Company. Grant is a class act in every sense. He is also the co creator of our recent Nested campaign.
Rob & Darren are a multi award winning freelance CD team based in New York. They were my first hire while leading Global Nissan. The job would have been impossible without them.
Marnie is an interdisciplinary designer, based in London who recently graduated from Kingston School of Art. She aspires to tell stories through design and make people aware of social issues.

I first met Rob in the mid nineties in Joburg. He worked at the very fancy Hunt Lascaris creating award winning ads for BMW, Nandos and other award winning accounts. He was and is a great writer. On top of that he is always looking for his next great idea. And no one is harder on him or his work than he is. I told him I wanted a picture of him smiling which made him wince. But he found this one entitled ‘Yorkshireman finds a quid’.
Clive is a highly awarded freelance copywriter and creative director. His VW Wedding ad is the most awarded print ad in advertising history. He is also very, very keen at fly fishing.

Tivy is a highly experienced freelance designer/typographer.
She’s worked at most of the big name London agencies throughout her career.
She has designed everything from the most iconic poster of all time (Hello Boys), to a complete rebrand for retailer JD Williams, to designing Mark Denton's latest book ‘Unleash the Power of Puerility.’
And she has picked up plenty of awards along the way.

Most recently Johnny directed the new Nested campaign. Prior to that he has directed many other award winning commercials, including the Cannes winning She Uemura ‘Car Wash’ ad. A writer in his own right, Johnny has written a pilot TV show set in a sex doll factory. This was selected for the Cannes Series ‘In development’ award at the Cannes TV Awards. He also completed a screenplay for which he was awarded a distinction at the London Film School.
Philip and I have collaborated musically, many times over the years. He knows music. He knows how brands can get the best out of music.

As Global Head of Insight & Planning at Warner Music Group he built and led a global team serving a business that operates in 40+ countries. The team worked with artists as diverse as Dua Lipa, Jesse Glynn, Royal Blood, Lily Allen, Pink Floyd, Muse, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Led Zeppelin and David Bowie.
Put simply, we helped define what was unique about each artist (their Brand), identify potential fan groups and then devise strategies to connect the two.

Dave Shephard is an award winning illustrator, graphic novel and storyboard artist, with a staggering output over 3 decades. If he can’t draw it, it ain’t a thing. He has swum the Channel too, but not at the same time.
Jeremy has spent 25 years in the industry, most recently at M&C Saatchi as Chief Client Officer. His category experience spans Automotive, Alcoholic Drinks, Travel & Tourism, Retail, Utilities, Media and Insurance. In addition he has extensive corporate experience. Jeremy now has his own consultancy, Hurley Burley Partners.
Paul is a multi award winning freelance copywriter. He is also one of my advertising heroes. His British Airways commercial would be in my top ten favourite ads of all time. Paul helped me run the Global Philips account. In that time we collected not one but two Cannes Grand Prix.
